An ex-ISRO scientist with over 13+ years of expertise in rocket propulsion, Deva has been crucial in the development and flight testing of the GSLV Mk 2 and Mk 3 upper-stage cryogenic engines. He holds an advanced degree in Control & Reusability of Rockets, EPFL, Switzerland, and a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay. Deva has specialized in cryogenic propulsion technology at ISRO, with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and refining cryogenic propulsion systems.
